Sound of Mull 2010 Underwater Archaeology Fieldschool

An 18 day fieldschool on underwater archaeology based at Lochaline Dive Centre on the West coast of Scotland. The fieldschool will be taught by Mary Harvey (NAS Training Officer), Steve Liscoe (formerly of the Archaeological Diving Unit), Mark and Annabel Lawrence (Lochaline Dive Centre and an NAS Scotland Training Centre) as well as Colin Martin and Paula Martin (IJNA editor).

Timetable of activities

14th June: Introduction course
15th-16th June: Part 1 course
17th-20th June: Part 3 courses on Site Recorder, illustration, photography, boat recording and excavation
21st June-1st July: survey and excavation of the schooner John Preston.
